GCCQS — Training
Capacity building · Arabic or English
Training builds capability. It never buys a certificate.
01Capacity building
The system has to hold after the audit team leaves.
Courses in management system requirements, internal auditing, greenhouse-gas accounting and sustainability reporting.
02The boundary
Your trainer will not be your auditor.
Attending a GCCQS course carries no weight in any certification decision we take.
Six courses. Arabic or English. Your site or ours.
What it is
Competence that stays in the building
Certification records what an organisation can already do. Training is how it gets there, and how it holds the standard once the audit team has left.
Courses teach the published requirements and recognised audit practice, not a house method. What a participant learns is portable: it works with any certification body, including one that is not us.
Impartiality
0audits and certification decisions a trainer takes part in for an organisation they have trained.
Where training stops
- We teach the requirements. We do not write your manual, your procedures or your risk register.
- A trainer who taught your team joins neither the audit team nor the review that decides the outcome.
- A record of completion names the course, the standard and the hours. It certifies nothing about the person or the organisation.
Courses
Six courses
Each can be shortened, extended or combined with another when it is delivered in-house.

Every course in detailWho it is for
Pitched at the room, not at a syllabus
The same standard is taught differently to a supervisor and to an audit team. Tell us who is attending and we set the level to them.
- Quality managers and management representatives who own a certified system.
- HSE and environmental managers responsible for operational controls and legal registers.
- Internal audit teams that need to plan, conduct and report audits to a consistent method.
- Sustainability and reporting staff preparing emissions inventories or corporate disclosures.
- Organisations preparing for a first certification audit.
- Process owners and supervisors who have to make a documented system work day to day.
- Auditors and practitioners preparing to sit a lead auditor examination.
How delivery works
Your language, your site, your timetable
Three decisions settle the shape of a course. You make all three.
Language
Arabic or English
Slides, exercises and the assessment are issued in the language the session runs in. Technical terms are given in both, so participants can read the standard in either.
Setting
In-house or open
At your premises for one organisation, or as an open session that individuals join. In-house groups are kept small enough for everyone to take part in the exercises.
Length
Half day to three days
Awareness runs in half a day. Auditing and reporting courses need two. Nothing is compressed below the hours its learning objectives require.
Every course comes with
- MaterialsSlides, worked examples and exercise sheets for each participant.
- ExercisesAbove awareness level, participants work the material rather than watch it.
- AssessmentA written check against the stated learning objectives.
- A named trainerLed by people who audit against the standard they teach.
Next step
Tell us who needs training, and in what
Send the standard, the roles attending and the number of participants. We come back with an outline, the learning objectives, a duration and the trainer's background before anything is booked.
How a course is arranged
- EnquiryThe standard, the roles, the numbers and the preferred language.
- OutlineObjectives, duration, delivery mode and trainer, for you to approve.
- DeliveryAt your site, at a venue or online, to the agreed timetable.
- RecordThe assessment, then a record naming the course, the standard and the hours.
