GCCQSGreen Certification for Consultations and Quality Solutions

GCCQS — Certification Body

Independent · Damascus

A printed certificate is not proof. The register is.

  1. 01How a check works

There is no instant result — only a checked one.

Every request is matched against our register by the certification team, then answered in writing.

Two details are enough: the number on the certificate, and the organisation it names.

Verification request

Send the two identifiers below. The reply states the certificate's status, its scope and standard, and its dates.

This form does not search a public database and does not return an instant result. Every request is reviewed by the GCCQS certification team against our register, and the answer comes back in writing.

Submit a verification request

The number is printed on the face of the certificate, near the issue and expiry dates. Copy it exactly, including any letters, dashes or leading zeros.

What comes back

The reply states three things

  • Status

Whether the certificate is in force, suspended or withdrawn on the day we check it.

  • Scope and standard

The standard it was issued against, and the activities and sites it actually covers.

  • Dates

When it was issued, when it expires, and where it stands in its surveillance cycle.

Certificate status is confirmed only in writing by GCCQS. A printed or scanned copy on its own is not proof of validity.

Cannot find the certificate number?

The number appears on the certificate itself and on the cover of the audit report. If you hold only a partial copy of a supplier's certificate, send us what you have — the organisation name and the standard are usually enough for us to locate the record.
